SOLD (1908) Bing. Andreas

Andreas is a very early bear made between 1908-1910. He has wonderful Steiff like proportions, very long arms, high hump, big feet and spoon shaped paws. He is entirely wood wool filled. His original pads are over all in good condition, a few moth nibbles. 

He has had a little restoration. He has special order black glass eyes (only ever had a couple of these before) and he is in great condition.

He has an excellent covering of mohair. He measures just under 20 inches long and I can feel what I think is a non working squeaker or growler in his tummy. 

His feet come to a point at the back from which his back leg seams start.
