SOLD (1910) Crosby £125
Crosby is a German bear. He is approx. 40 cms tall, fully jointed and filled with wood wool. He has very long arms and fairly large feet, a long thin body with a slight hump. He has a nice pointed snout, original boot button eyes and oversewn ears. His nose is the original stitching but the mouth stitching has been replaced in the original holes. Final seam is to the front of the body. He has no working growler. He has 3 stitches to each pad one of which is missing. There is major mohair loss but apart from a pin hole in his forehead there is no damage to the backing cloth. He tilts slightly.
