A magnificent, rare Crämer head nodding musical teddy bear. Paper hang tag. The music is operated when you move his head. Original ribbon with mohair in mint condition, clear and black glass eyes with brown painted backs, pronounced clipped muzzle, brown stitched nose and mouth, head-rocking musical mechanism, jointed arms and legs with felt pads and black stitched claws and hump, 1920s "there's some kind of internal rod that connects the head to the mechanism" Two similar bears sold in the last 20 years. (44.5cm.) high (faded and dusty, right foot pad with a few moth holes and very slight wear)
