Petz (1950) Button Petula Sold £30

Very cute vintage German Petz teddy bear of rather rare small size of only 9", bearing original button, dating from 1950s, made of bright golden mohair, hard stuffed with wood-wool throughout his body and head, fully jointed, has got orange and black glass eyes, original black horizontally stitched nose with general wear, inverted Y shape mouth stitching is possibly a replacement, pronounced muzzle, her felt pads are repaired and replaced, there are three claws stitched to each limb with few claws worn out, inoperative squeaker can be found at her back, original milk glass button attached to the left side of chest. Petula is approx. 9" tall. She is in good original vintage condition with some general wear, thinning and small balding spots.
